    Seller canceled the order without contacting me- canceled with a reason "buyer asked to cancel" which I never asked them to. Would be nice if seller apologized and canceled with a right reason.

    Hi Ellen, We have contacted you directly on your phone since receiving your order. We tried numerous times, but unfortunately, there was no answer. Then we tried calling eBay and reported the issue with our active listings wherein all our inventory was hacked. The item that you purchased costs $18,000 and not $1,402. It is the Tiffany and Co. Soleste Ring, in Platinum with 3.30 carats of Diamond, there's no way you can purchase that ring in that amount. I apologize for any inconvenience.
