  Thanks for the flat spring stock. These seem to be easy to break by placing the jaws of two pliers next to each other at the point where you want to make the snap. While holding one pair in place, you can do a quick snap with the other pair. This is the quickest and easiest way I've found so far to cut flat springs to size. Thanks again. Lynn
