    The computer was about as described in the listing but the shipping left some room for improvement. It was shipped in a box too large for the computer and was bouncing around in an air gapped bubble enclosure, actually surprised it survived shipping. Then upon opening the laptop it was fairly dirty with what could only be described as food crumbs all over the keyboard and screen. They did forget the charger but did ship one out to me once I contacted them.

    The item was listed as guaranteed to work and tested but it was dead on arrival. I contacted the seller and they said they would ship out a new power adaptor with tracking number the next day but did not. Still haven’t heard back.
