    I contacted the seller about the condition of this vintage tie and they seemed to think all was ok. The neck of the tie( the skinny part that wraps around the neck) was pulled and twisted very badly PLUS the tie stank of heavy cologne. He seemed to think a $5 dry cleaning would fix all. No mention on AD of these issues. A good the cleaner would be $20-30 for a silk tie. That is all i would use for my ties.This is the worse tie I have purchased on Ebay. Poor communication before and after sale.
