    Despite the item being tested and very well packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard, it did not work when it was received. The seller promptly issued a full refund including the shipping charges. However, it was still a hassle to go through this. I find that this sort of thing happens quite frequently with used items I buy on EBay. I wish the seller had disclosed that it did not come with the power cord and the rubber pads on the bottom were missing.
