  I informed the seller I ordered the wrong item and refused delivery on 7/18/2025 so it would be returned back to the seller (see attached). Despite not receiving the packagae or opening the item up my refund was denied since he stated I used the item, but that is not true. Very disappointing experience after nearly 20 years on eBay—I would not buy from this seller again.
