BEWARE - at 17.35 on 30 July I purchased the item from Embassy Philatelists and paid but at 10.37 next morning I received the following message - 'Very sorry to say but that stamp just sold on our website & we didn't have a chance to remove it from eBay. I will send you a full refund now. Kind regards, Ben'. Refund had no agreement from me. Should I not have had precedence? Their excuse is very poorly worded, of course. With no further comments from them for 24 hours, I leave Negative Feedback.

We’re very sorry this happened. The item had already sold on our website at a lower price and was dispatched before you placed your order. It’s always a first-come, first-served process. We do try and remove the item from sale as soon as possible... but unfortunately rare overlaps like this can happen. A full refund was issued and we offered a goodwill gesture.
