However! within a few days of light use, I discovered it had a delayed yellow light of death. It wasn't immediately noticable, so I can't discount the "tested" part of the description. I already initiated a return. Seller did review my profile with a generic review, so it may be an alt account of some other seller. Not sure what his angle is, however, unpackaged, tested and PS3 is in good working condition as stated prior. Refunded the buyers purchase payment, appears to be a case of buyers remorse.
