    There was nothing wrong with the item when we sent it as far as we were concerned, however we made various suggestions to help to resolve the issue but you did not get back to us. We gave you the option of returning it for a full refund, including postage, but you declined and opted to keep the jacket, so we are sceptical that the condition was as bad as you describe.
