Item not as described. Sent photos to seller clearly showing what was sent was different than the item description...very defensive in her response. She refunded my money but refused to refund shipping after I sent it back at my cost. Even insisted I send her a return package tracking number! As a 25 yr member, this is probably only the 2nd time I've left negative feedback. Zero customer service.
