Forgot about my order. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they "sent it." When it showed up it was the cheaper model and not what I ordered. There were not any messages about when it was shipped or tracking. I was offered an amount that equaled the cheaper model, but it wasn't what I ordered. They did give me a refund once I returned it, but I still do not have what I wanted.

Did not receive new condition item as expected. A paid a premimum price because the listing stated these earbuds were both new and sealed but after opening them,the earbuds I received were used as they had residue within and around the ear pieces and the metal ports in the earbuds were worn and discolored. Not happy to pay over 200 dollars for a used item.
