Customer service & response time is A1. This build is perfect for what I needed it for, or rather my girlfriend (playing Sims w/ tons of mods lol), & she could not be happier!   The Lenovo ThinkPad arrived with packaging in great condition having been carefully wrapped, it arrived timely to my front door. For what was included it was priced to sell, there was some confusion on my part as to an included spec but overall it arrived as represented. I would buy from this seller again.

  Apparently in perfect operating condition; excellent value for money. Very carefully packed in peanuts and wrap -- the shipper tried to ding the box, but the machine was not touched.
