    Shipping time was good, packaging was very good and item worked flawlessly. Only minor spots on the screen that are noticeable as the screen isn't as bright there but other than that no problem. I was happy to find a screen replacement this is the 2nd one I have bought in the last 5 years due to dropping the laptop. This laptop is older now so finding parts can be difficult.
