These are horrendous people to deal with. Asked to return faulty item, they first refused, then expected me to pay postage, I opened a case and they sent a poor quality scan of a label that post office laughed at. I escalated to eBay and received a proper label that had been used before, so po wouldn’t send it tracked, so surprise surprise they say they hadn’t received it, eBay closed the case in their Cavour due to lack of tracking. I appealed and eBay refunded me as a courtesy, 6 weeks of fun.
