Contacted them prior to shipping my items, we discussed exactly what I needed and he confirmed and quoted me a price. We shipped the items to him and once he got them he immediately increased the price. When asked why, he had no real answer. I told him no and he said ok, no problem we will do it as discussed. He then still tried to charge me double and I said nm, just send my items back. Our company has always maintained a commitment to transparent and fair pricing, and we absolutely do not engage in any bait-and-hook tactics. In this case, the customer purchased one item from us and is referencing something completely different that he hasn't even paid for.
