Wrote to seller asking why they are selling the exact same guitar with same photos as other ebay sellers- no reply. Eventually bought the guitar anyway, then only after that they reply to tell me the trem arm is missing (once I had already paid). They also claimed the guitar was maintained by a pro tech, which was a complete lie. When I asked them about this I got a dismissive reply. What a negative buying experience, from a dishonest and arrogant seller. I'd give zero stars if I could.

All our photos and guitars are actual guitars. We always provide detailed information about the guitar before shipping so the buyer has all the options.If there is a problem with the guitar, we always respond sincerely. It is unfortunate to receive such a message unexpectedly.
