    Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The product received was a different, cheaper model than the product's box. Seller's photos showed the product, but I didn't pay close enough attention between the box and the product itself (the product received has fewer ports, and was clearly pictured). Nonetheless, the product received was able accomplish the same task and worked perfectly. Can't really complain at 1/3 the price of a new one.

    Shipping was rather quick (only took 2-3 days after shipment) I got a gaming laptop for a great deal and it is in great condition too, communication could have been more factual/less vague in general, he said there were no issues but there was a paper next to a port that said "bad", I don't think there is something wrong with it though, so I guess they probably thought it didn't work then it was resolved after he put it, overall great experience, exceptional quality for price, I'd give 4.5 stars

    There was a small smudge on the doll’s nose and original packaging was open inside shipping box. Doll was still attached to packaging. More than likely just rough transit. Seller had a fair price and shipped super fast!

    The item I ordered was not the one pictured. The seller is processing a refund and not requiring a return. Really wanted the one pictured. But now I have a gift as I already have two items similar to the ones sent.
