  I accidentally purchased this item thinking I was buying the power supply only to realize immediately that it was a service instead of component. I contacted the seller explaining and asking for a credit, 4 to 5 times over 2 weeks with no response/resolution. Had to get eBay involved in order to resolve. Frustratingly poor customer service.
