    Bought two gem pack Umbreons from the seller and told him before hand that I would be trying to grade them. He said they should be near mint or better. One was near mint + and the second was damaged had indents and whitening on the top of the card. I paid over market to get clean copies and he’s trying to claim this damage is near mint. I tried to resolve it with him asking for a partial or to return it for a replacement and he’s not cooperating at all.
