    I bought two separate items in one order- the seller promised to refund me one of the double shipping charges once I placed the order. So I placed the order and the items arrived fine, but the seller never refunded me. I sent the seller four messages over the span of two weeks regarding the promised refund, but there has been no response at all. I then contacted eBay to help resolve the issue, but after two separate attempts with them they were absolutely no help whatsoever. Not happy at all.

    I did promise to refund the lesser shipping charge. When he ordered I happen to be travelling for a few weeks buying more parts. I didn't have my laptop with me. It happens. This wasn;t an ebay policy. This was my choice to provide that refund. I'd be more than happy to honor that request now that I am back in town, but where is my motivation, given he already left bad feedback?
