    Product seemed to be in great condition and pretty much new. It ended up having defective night vision. I communicated the issue to the seller and they advised they would send another and to provide an order number. I did that and reached out twice in a two week time span and never got any responses. That is my reason the the neutral feedback. However, ebays return process made it simple and I was able to get credit back once I shipped the item back without the sellers assistance.
