    EXCELLENT product and EXCELLENT support! The support from “Bee” who I dealt with was amazing because everything I asked help for was replied to with texts, documents or photos to help and response was usually the same day even with Bee being from Vietnam. My machine is a “Mitsubishi MV5B” with 520am controller and this unit works flawless with sending programs back and forth plus running DNC (drip-feed) Thanks so much again “Bee” and will be ordering another device soon for my lathe!
