We have never received the item! We are out $70 for nothing! I’ve contacted the seller and all they say is it shipped yet the tracking says it has not shipped only label created we ordered this on December 14th from grapevine Texas we are in Baytown Texas and it is December 35th no cup and no reasonable response from the seller. I am beyond disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my wife.

Your order was refunded in full after it was noted that the product was lost in transit. I wish there was more we could do. However, once we turn an item over to the shipping provider, we can't control anything that happens after that point. I understand the disappointment. Wish there was more we could do, but this item is completely sold out.
