    Bought Wheelchair falsely shows elderly woman carrying one hand up stairs. Received and between my wife and I could not lift. Started return and showed shipped which I didn’t, ask EBay and seller for return label which I would pay. Ignored by both. I sent FedEx to return address, showed receipt and signature of receiving. Seller ignored my request for refund and EBay ignored my complaint. I am out $432.95 and $165.00 no wheelchair and no money. So seller and EBay refused to help.
