My item was well packaged with a hard box with the item itself encased in bubble wrap.
Sadly the item was damaged in transit and the seller was very understanding. He did offer me a partial refund but due to my particularity I sadly had to insist on a return and refund. Seller remained professional, empathetic and understanding during the entire ordeal.
I think this feedback is important because it highlights how a seller deals with a £1750 booster box being damaged in transit.

Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail that your box arrived damaged. Despite packaging it carefully with multiple layers of bubble wrap, placing it inside a plastic case, and securing it within a sturdy cardboard box marked with fragile stickers, it appears to have been damaged during transit. As discussed via message, we’ve processed a full refund and will be opening an investigation with Royal Mail to prevent this happening again. All the best.

Original item I ordered (white numbers) wasn't available, so my money was refunded - BUT they apologised and then shipped me a yellow set for free as compensation! Absolutely top marks for customer service! Great company and will be using them as my go-to dice shop from now on.
