  Bought gutter brush and it is defective and seller refuses return. The thread on brush do not fit standard pole thread. Cannot return due to seller closing return window and no appeal allowed.

  This situation is completely unacceptable. The item was sold as brand new, and we made it very clear in the product description that it is a consumable item — a brush. Once opened or used, it absolutely cannot be returned, for obvious hygiene reasons. No one wants to use a used brush. We also clearly stated that it has a standard pole thread. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the description and ensure compatibility before purchasing. Everything was written plainly and transparently.
