The shampoo bottle was only half full. Items were described as "new, but open" If these were new, the shampoo bottle would have been full. I contacted the seller twice last week, but as of today (a week later), no response from seller. I should have read the other negative reviews before ordering. I then received a refund on the 9th but had told eBay I did not want a refund but wanted the item. Seller should be banned from this platform. DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER.
