    It was just as described. about what I expected from a universal remote took hours to set up & still trying to get so my things connected. been with support trying to figure out why my receiver isn't staying connected the U2 remote was easier to set up but this one has better range using the hub which the remote needs to control infrared devices. Doing was quick the package wasn't secure looking but it's a small candy bar shaped thing kinda light & falls a lot but it will stay in grip
