Denver Thrift King started as a hobby. I love the thrill of finding treasures at estate sales. Living in Denver gives me lots of opportunities to attend them. So many of the homes here and surrounding neighborhoods have basements. These hiding places seem to horde many great things from the past, including lots of junk. When you head down the staircase to many of them it's like taking a ride in a time capsule. Vintage wet bars, orange shag carpeting, pool tables, sewing rooms, woodworking shops - frozen in time. I find so many great things. I list items daily - I never know what I will come across. Come back and check my store often. You won't be disappointed.

    This has been a terrible experience. I purchased a Backgmoon checkers set advertised as 1.7 × 0.5, but what I received was only 1.4. I paid $2,000 for this item, and it is completely different from the description. The seller has ignored all my messages and provided no support. This feels like a dishonest transaction, and I have suffered a significant financial loss. I strongly advise others not to buy from this seller.

    Item freaked and was absolutely filthy. When I contacted the seller about a partial refund of $10 for the condition not being as described they told me I was fishing for a partial refund and to not buy from him again. He gave me the refund but I will not be buying from this seller again as he went against eBay’s policies about washing the garment before sending out and item was not as described. Attached are pictures of the item being soaked to show how dirty the item was.
