Instead, I receive Big Bird. I communicated this with the seller and they said it was improperly binned and they’d send Elmo. Tracking number was sent and I have yet to receive the item. Seller said USPS adds incorrect delivery information. I have communicated more than once to send an updated tracking, correct Elmo, or refund. I’ve gotten NONE. POOR EXPERIENCE
