    I'm sorry you're disappointed and surprised by the customs fee. This is due to post-Brexit rules—orders over £135 from the EU require UK customs clearance. eBay removed VAT at checkout, so you're not paying VAT twice: UK VAT (20%) is charged once by FedEx customs agency before delivery (simple online payment process, with minimum formalities). eBay informs buyers in advance.
