    Item did not get delivered due to vendor not using the correct postage amount!!!! surely the person @ the post office should have advised of the correct amount before sending it on its way. either way as a visualy impared customer i was faced with an amount of admin to end up with a refund when it shoud have been a simple transaction...buy a cd...post a cd..recieve a cd. school boy error. If I pay fo postage +the cd the least I would expect was to rcieve the cd not a demand for additional cost
