    This is Kyle Robertson! I entered the card business in 2008 with the start of The Dallas Card Show. Over the last 14 years the business has grown to running Sports Collectors Hub, a shop in Allen, Texas, hosting "The Largest Card Show Series in the Nation" and creating our own card grading business (DCS). Dallas Card Show puts on 4 huge card shows a year with over 600 tables with vendors from across the globe and each show includes many notable autograph guests. The DCS card grading company was formulated to offer the highest quality grading at a price of just $10 a card with a guarantee of a 10-day turnaround with the possibility of some same day grading. The card grading is done in shop at Sports Collectors Hub. The shop offers a wide variety of wax packs, single cards, graded cards, and is always looking to buy cards and collections.     The wax pack had a tear in the lower corner that was in the original picture but wasn’t mentioned in the item Description. I didn’t notice it when I purchased it so I notified the seller and he offered a refund. I responded back and never heard anything else from the seller. I feel a tear should be mentioned in the description obviously the seller didn’t agree, or think it was important to mention a tear in the description. Won’t buy from again, but has nice items be sure to look closely at pic
