ok. so we've been at it for a little bit now, and things i've learned: 1) research product better. so ive learned that even tho i buy product as "new"... its not always new. im all about the honesty and fairness and im just not used to people trying to scam others out of their money. its pointless to sell your soul for a couple bucks. we wont do it. so yes.. research more. 2) ship packages as i would want to recieve them... this ones easy. as time went on, we got to understand the weights, the brackets, and how ebay/usps/ups/etc charge for shipping. we've learned the who's,the why's,and what's of the business a bit better. we also developed a much better relationship with our local post office. nice. and 3).. customer care.. treat everyone as family. love each other as brother and sister b/c..... we are. i wouldn't overcharge my own family and im not overcharging my worldly family. we believe in honest business practices and simple drama free transactions. and thats that!. love to all!
