  I still haven't received it...so I can't comment. As per the tracking number...it was suppose to be delivered August 18th. Today is August 20th and the only update I have is an apology from USPS.

  The item was creased, dirtier than explained before purchase, and arrived rolled up instead of in flat packaging.

  The buyer was provided up close photos before purchase. I have shipped these flags 2 years rolled up without complaint. The listing was clear within the description, the flags are used, & extra photos were provided. Buyer tried multiple times to reduce price before purchase. The buyer threatened negative feedback if a partial refund was not provided. I did offer a full refund on the return of the flag, apparently the flag was good enough to keep because they did not return. Disappointed Seller!!
