    The package has never arrived. Reached out to the seller and was informed that the package has been passed on to the shipping company but when I contacted the company, they said they've never received it. I contacted the seller again and was informed that he's on vacation and that the package was shipped. After a few weeks of not receiving the item, I had to contact eBay to get a refund.

    That’s not how it went down. 1st off it clearly states in the tracking info that FedEx is in possession of the item. What they did with it after that I have no idea. U said u were going to file a claim and then that was tge last I heard from u till u opened a complaint with eBay. U were given a full refund but I guess that’s not good enough for u. After a seller gives the item to the shipper it’s out of our hands. I certainly hope u feel better giving me negative feedback.
