    Almost 3 weeks to receive it and is missing hardware and no instructions. Waited a long long time just to received it incomplete, ridiculous! Seller messaged a while back about emailing instructions... never came and once I received the actual roof rack, it's missing hardware. USELESS. going back to the seller!

    Seller never shipped the item unfortunately. After 6 days of no updates, had to contact seller to find out what's going on. Then seller created the shipping label but still never seen the item. Had to wait until after the expected delivery date to put in a refund ticket. I don't know what happened on their end but as a business that's not acceptable. Btw, this seller is drop shipping from China. They advertise they are from USA but that was false. Good luck.
