I provide the type of service that would be expected when buying an item. Fair and reasonable from both sides. I'd rather you get what you need even if I don't have it. Shipping is a big chunk of selling online, it makes no sense for me to mail something that serves their purpose . a better use of our time is for me to do my best. I am always looking to find ways to improve my packing methods with my focus towards avoiding shipment mishaps. double boxed and Polystyrene lined has been more effective than bubble wrap. Plastic wrap helps in case of dust or moisture. When you place an order, I retest the item again before packing. I am on the west coast so shipping can get pricey if it's going to the east coast. Keyboards (the 4000's in particular I detail out nicely in tribute to my dad on two levels. I have been blessed over the years to have had invaluable guidance from family, co-workers, teachers, friends, and the community. I enjoy providing others tools to solve their 'x'.
