  New old stock wheels, so unsurprisingly, they were a bit dusty but otherwise looking new with manufacturer stickers still on them. It's for a lawn mower so who cares? Good price for these increasingly hard-to-find parts from Briggs and Stratton/Murray. Fits well and hopefully will perform well.
