    The one thing I hate doing is leaving a negative, definitely being a seller myself, but this person was rude and treated me like im a complete nut when this package was lost. They kept trying to say it was delivered and it was not. Plainly showing the opposite on USPS website that it was still in NY at the customs headquarters. I unfortunately had to get Ebay involved in order to get my money back. A very bad experience. One thing I hate is when a seller treats me like I'm an idi#t. VERY RUDE!

    You wrote that eBay refunded the price of the product, which is not true, because I refunded it. You opened a case on June 28, and I gave you a full refund on July 1. At the end of May, the tracking of several packages was stuck in New York, but all of them were delivered. That's why I doubted that you didn't receive it. What you wrote is greatly exaggerated and does not reflect reality. I do everything I can to make my customers happy. I don't think I deserved such negative feedback.
