    Seller is rude and condescending. Item has not been received, not has any effort been made to correct the situation.

    When this buyer provided a bad address for shipment and refused to contact his local postal office to address this issue after they made repeated attempts to deliver the item and contact the buyer, he threw a hissy fit and refused to assist himself. Unfortunately our customer service cannot correct entitlement and poor engagement from buyers who are given opportunities to course correct but instead hold their breath and demand someone else do it for them.
