  Unfortunately I received a cover that was too small for my new iPad 11 ( 16 ) 2025. Which is what my order stated. The cover I received was for an iPad 10 2022. I contacted the seller who said it was the right cover. We did quite a lot of messaging into and throw, When I sent a photo with the item number on it, he agreed to refund me. He said he would send an envelope with a returns label. I have since received the label and returned the item to the seller. Today the 28th of October.

  The company was difficult, slow to respond and I returned a case that did not fit, was brand new & was not used. They stole part of my refund noting I did not return in original packaging. There was no packaging apart from the envelope it came in… I sent it back in a new postage envelope! I’m disgusted and not impressed. I was promised a full refund and never got it. Never had an issue with any of the rare returns I’ve had to do or sellers. Would NEVER recommend this company again
