Founded in 1992, Compufox provides quality optical transceivers (SFP, SFP+, SFP28, X2, Xenpak, XFP, QSFP, QSFP28, QSFP-DD). We also carry fiber cables, copper cables, media converters and adapters. Our Transceivers are 100% compatible with major brands like Cisco, HP, 3com, and come with 1 year warranty.

All customers who place orders on our Ebay store will receive an e-mail asking them the switch or router on which they are installing the transceiver or transceivers they bought.

The reason we ask this question is to make sure the correct transceivers are selected for the switch or router the customer has.

We ask all our customers to give us the router or switch model by answering our e-mail question.

We will contact the customer through Ebay by e-mail to inquire about the switch or router model number. In case no feedback is received, Compufox reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
