  Ordered 8/2/25, from Competitive Technology (Shenzhen Yuda Tongtu Investment Co Ltd.) CHINA. I inquired about 10 days later as to location of order (since I had not heard from them). I received a threatening response not to question them or they would cancel my order & refund my money which apparently they had already accessed. I tried again through there tracking number provided which said order was in Little Rock, Arkansas then other stating order was in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. OK, now what?

  Easily the most bizarre individual we have encountered on eBay. Listings say six business days Handling Time for a reason (these systems are incredibly complex and must be built, tested, and packaged properly). 2 days after this person ordered (on a weekend), he sends an email saying that we will be "Hearing from his Attorney" because his order is late (which it was not). He is now claiming we are a Chinese company (not true) and he will now be banned from all future purchases.

  The company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a computer with a DVD/RW unit and I received a totally different computer than I ordered and the DVD/RW writer did not work. I relayed this to them and they said that the DVD/RW unit was installed and the computer I did get was some kind of upgrade I didn't order. So I had to initiate a return through ebay even though the seller told me they wouldn't refund my money. Stay away from these guys.
