  We think this item was from another seller and we were mistakenly given negative feedback. We never received any messages or photos from the buyer through eBay messaging. If so we would have responded immediately to refund the buyer. The shipping label in the photos, of the negative feedback thread is not even our label. That is not our return address or tracking number. We always ship our items in a box. There is no box in the photos only an envelope with a shipping label that is not ours.
