    Sent a badly damaged fob, solid blade still attached and electrics seperate. Got back a “repaired” still seperate electrics and my own badly damaged key fob with blade back. Can’t see if electrics works as all still in bids. Expected my blade on a new fob and maybe electrics. Advertise shows my key but reply said they don’t do these keys but had repaired electric. Live n learn.

    You have posted MINI key without top key shell part, therefore we could not seal it back and only repaired electronics. It was your decision purchasing a repair service that is not suitable for your key and expecting a key shell replacement which we don't do for this type. Kind regards
