    The character of a person, is not when things go right, but it when they don't go right. Took this seller over a week to ship. Another week to receive. The results - Packaging looked like it qas from a 3rd world country done by a 5th grader! When finally received, you could hear broken pieces inside. After opening, 2 of the 3 mugs were broken! No padding - no bubble wrap , just cheap filler paper. After contacting the seller, it was clear they had zero interest in making me whole. Cheap seller!

    While we are committed to resolving this issue effectively, the lack of cooperation has been a challenge. We have decided to issue three new coffee cups, which are currently being processed. Full refunds for the costs incurred have been processed, and we have refrained from posting negative comments. We remain firmly committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction.
