    Ordered this piece from the seller and it's given me two months worth of headache - it arrived scratched, so I had to send it back. Except I sent it to the manufacturer, who said that I scratched it despite 16+ photos and video showing how it arrived so there'd be no replacement - so they sent the damaged piece back to me. No help from the seller. Best suggestion was to spend another 300$ getting it fixed. What a circus, absolute BS.

    We are sorry to hear about this frustration but we provided you a prepaid return label to have APR inspect this. APR confirmed that the item was scratched due to you using a knife to open the plastic pacakging which you did admit to. APR unfortunately cannot cover defects from the end user. They will only cover defects if it was made by them. We also paid for the shipping to help this customer get this item back which we can see now that the customer was not satasfied with.
