  Items were poorly packed and 1 cat broke during shipping. I would have purchased the unbroken one but seller offered a refund of less than half what I paid if I were to keep the unbroken one and no refund for tax or shipping. Seller has a lot to learn about customer service. Shocked by the poor packing of fragile pottery items especially with the amount seller charged for shipping.
