    the condition of the upper motor mount ( wish bone 🦴 ) looks used and the rubber seems soft . I can literally move it freely with a inserting a screw driver in the center hole 🕳️ and apply slight pressure ( back & forth ) it feels soft and NOT hard rubber . I would like for the seller to send me another one with NO cost of me paying for shipping of $11 . I want to the seller to pay for shipping and send me another one with the rubber feeling HARDER

    Ordered three days ago and ur just now shipping , u said u had in stock otherwise, obviously not . Wont do this ever again Facebook or seller .

    We apologize for the misunderstanding. This order was received on Aug 13 and we shipped it out on Aug 14. The package has been in hands of USPS since then.
